Why is the time different in each country

Release time: 2022-12-22

Because with the rotation of the earth, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west in a day. When the sun passes the highest point of the sky in a certain place, it is 12 local hours here. Therefore, there are different local hours on different meridians.
The same time used in the same time zone is zone time (local time on the central meridian of the zone), and the same time used in the world is world time (local time on the 0 degree meridian). The regional time longitude varies by one hour every 15 degrees, and the local time longitude varies by four minutes every 1 degree.
The standard time of each place is Greenwich Mean Time (G.M.T) plus (+) or minus (-) the time difference between the hours and minutes marked in the time zone. Many countries also use daylight saving time (DST). For example, the United States implements daylight saving time from April to September every year, one hour earlier.
Calculation of zone time
1. If the longitude is known and the time zone is unknown, calculate the serial number of the time zone.
The serial number of the time zone where the place is located=the longitude of the place ÷ 15=quotient+remainder. If the remainder is greater than 7.5 °, the time zone serial number is the quotient plus 1. The place is in the east time zone at the east longitude, and in the west time zone at the west longitude.
2. Find the time zone difference.
For the time zone difference, if the two places are in the same east time zone or the same west time zone, the time zone difference is subtracted (large number minus decimal); If the two places are different in the east time zone or the west time zone, the time zone difference is calculated as addition, that is, time zone difference=east time zone serial number+west time zone serial number.
3. Find the zone time.
Area time of the calculated place=(area time of the known place ± time zone difference) × 1 hour.
If the requested earth is to the east of the known earth, use "+", because the earth turns from west to east, and the east time is always earlier than the west time. On the contrary, if the desired land is to the west of the known land, use "-". (i.e. "East plus West minus")
If the calculated time is more than 24 hours, then subtract 24 and add 1 day to the date; If the time is negative, add 24, and subtract one day from the date.
